Gillian Buhlman (Class of 2016) is at Girls State representing Bishop Alemany High School. Girls State is a week-long leadership and citizenship event sponsored by the American Legion and the American Legion Auxiliary for high school juniors. Delegates are selected on academics, extracurricular activities, and community involvement plus an interview with the local American Legion Auxiliary Unit. Girls State is held at Claremont McKenna College.
