Havana Nights

On Saturday, April 18, join us for Havana Nights! In Alumni Hall, Bishop Alemany will be hosting the annual Casino Night and Poker Tournament. This year, you can experience Cuban themes food and music for a night of fun and laughs. The entry fee is $50 per person, and with that you get poker entry or casino play, dinner and entertainment. Poker registration begins at 5:00 PM and the tournament begins at 5:30 PM. There are unlimited rebuys for the first 1 1/2 hours. You can purchase tickets by March 31st to get an extra $500 in chips or April 11th to receive an extra $300 in chips. Casino registration begins at 6:00 PM. If you purchase your tickets by March 31st, you receive $1500 in Casino money. If you purchase tickets between April 1st and April 11th you receive $1000 in Casino money. Tickets purchased after April 12th will get you $500 in Casino money. The online Silent Auction opens on April 11th and features a plethora of great items. Live entertainment will be provided by the a Latin Band Yari Moré and the open bar is from 6-8pm.
Money raised at the Casino night will be used to help students who wish to attend Bishop Alemany but are unable to do so because of financial reasons. More than 1,200 families and 20,000 alumni are supported by Bishop Alemany and its sponsors. Along with the money being raised by the actual Casino night, Bishop Alemany will also be taking donations at varying amounts with different benefits and methods of recognition for the benefactors.
