My Name My Story: Inspiring Empathy in Young Leaders

 

The club was founded by Amit Dodani in December 2011 in response to overcoming his own speech challenge at the age of 14. (He is currently a high school senior)

 

Today the MNMS impact has been felt around the country and has been recognized as a top-youth led social organization for peace and justice in high schools and colleges.

 

The organization's philosophy centers around "HOPE-BELIEVE-SUCCEED-INSPIRE."

Through storytelling, teamwork, leadership and service, student leaders work to develop empathy on our school campus and the greater community.

 

 

MNMS Activities on campus create empathy and unity while having a profound emotional impact among the student body. Some activities might include Random Acts of kindness, Pass a Smile Week, Faculty Appreciation and more!

 

MNMS Leaders are representatives in schools who promote the MNMS cause. Every student involved in the MNMS club is a leader! Students will develop skills in leadership, public speaking and teamwork.
