Financial Aid
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE Bishop Alemany High School offers two options for financial assistance for needy and deserving families. Both require that a new application be made each year, even if a student is already receiving assistance. Catholic Education Foundation Tuition Award. This is a direct grant based on financial need and meeting strict income guidelines. The award may be combined with other assistance from the school to a maximum of 50% of tuition, but not with awards from any other CEF program, such as the Children's Scholarship Fund or SOS Program. CEF application details will be posted as soon as the information arrives from the Foundation.
Criteria: • Application to CEF, • Income must be at or below prescribed limits following the Income Guidelines; • The Principal completes a recommendation form that accompanies the application Bishop Alemany High School Financial Assistance Award. The school's scholarship fund provides up to a maximum of 50% of tuition (from all sources) per student based on family financial need, student scholarship, conduct and leadership. The administration determines the maximum award based on the number of applicants. The program is managed through FACTS Grant and Aid through an on-line application at www.factstuitionaid.com. PLEASE NOTE: The application process begins on November 1st 2009. The deadline for applications is April 15th 2010.
