Homeless Shelter Meals
Students with faculty support and supervision will prepare and serve dinners and lunches for the ~150 guests at the local Sylmar winter homeless shelter on the following Tuesdays. Any Bishop Alemany student is welcome to participate in the meal preparation and/or serving.

As part of the Student Learning Goal #5, [Distinguished by concern for others as demonstrated by Christian Service and Preferential Options for the Poor] the Freshmen will be serving for a morning at either the LA Regional Fool Bank or at MEND. If a student is absent on the assigned date, every effort will be made to incorporate the student in a subsequent trip. Otherwise, a special day for the student to assist will be scheduled during the first semester.
