This type of play takes patience and a lot of leg work to remain in the vertical. Don't rush the shot, rather, work the defense and the goalie to exhaustion then look for and take a priority shot.

The eggbeater is important for all Water Polo playing positions, but it is critical to the success of the Goalkeeper and the Two-Meter player.
