In the ongoing
effort to further involve parents in their son’s/daughter’s education here at
Bishop Alemany High School, you will have the ability to view assignment
information and current grade in a class in addition to the 5-week report card
grades beginning the evening of Friday, February 5th.
Grades
and Gradebooks will be available on the evening of Friday, February 5th.
1. Click here to view grades: Aeries Grade Program. You can also access Aeries through the Alemany home page in the “Links” section;
click
on “Aeries (Grades and Attendance)”.
2. The username is your student's
4-digit student number and the password is the 6-digit permanent ID number.
3. Click on “Grades” tab in top left
corner.
4. Click on "Grades" for 5-week grades (Report Cards).
5. Click on “Gradebook” in the Grades tab for assignment information and
current grade. In the pull-down menu, select and click on a class to
view (small blue box).
6. Understanding Assignments: If
the score box is red, the score for that assignment is zero. Empty brackets mean that grading not completed,
not due yet, and/or not factored into the class grade. As policy with Bishop Alemany High School,
teachers are allowed ten (10) working days
from the due date to enter the result of an
assignment or test.
7. Blue cards will no longer be
available. In the instance a report is being required by a coach or moderator the student is to print out the
Gradebook
information for each class and give it to his/her coach or moderator.
