I am honored, excited, and energized as I continue to serve Bishop Alemany High School in my new position as principal. As I embark on this new journey, Alemany will be doing the same. After long months of distance learning, I couldn't be happier as we reopen school, and I can say to our extended family - students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and neighboring community - "Welcome home."
As has been the case so often over the past year, we will be working in new and innovative ways as we transition from distance learning to a hybrid model with students spending part of the week on campus and part at home. Our dedicated faculty, having worked hard to ensure rigor and excellence in the curriculum, are committed to providing challenging learning opportunities as well as the warmth and acceptance of community while continuing athletic, liturgical, service, and special occasion activities.
We at Bishop Alemany High School remain equally cognizant of our students' spiritual growth, academic achievement, emotional well-being, and physical safety. Our faculty and staff have done an outstanding job in preparing to meet these needs during hybrid learning, and I have no doubt that our students will continue to excel in their various expressions of faith, academics, service, and community.
Thank you for being a part of our Alemany family and thank you for allowing me the opportunity to work with you and your students as we all strive to be our best.
