Hello Warriors, 

My name is Brigham Harwell and I am proud to be the Dean of Discipline (Boys) at Bishop Alemany High School. As a professional in the educational field, I am aware of the challenges presented by today’s diverse student population. I have considerable experience in proactive leadership that will engage and support student’s academic achievement and personal and social development. As Dean of Discipline, I know the importance of serving as a resource for building a positive school climate that will foster student growth. My experience as a Dean of Discipline for the past seven years, as well as working with at-risk youth, has allowed me to develop my skills in communication, create positive behavioral interventions, implement conflict resolution strategies, and build positive support systems that help create student growth.

In addition, my management skills, personal ethic, and moral characteristics have allowed me to implement school policy and procedures fairly. I am an analytical thinker with a growth mindset; therefore, I am determined and willing to go the extra mile to optimize student success.
