Tanner earned his Eagle Rank by remodeling and updating the Alemany gymnasium snack bar inside and out. He and fellow AHS scouts, Trevor and Mason Briggs, Ryan Meyer and Nathan Byrd worked many weekends to refurbish and clean out cabinets, organize the contents, paint walls and replace the pass through countertop.
