Christian Leadership approached Mrs. Segraves to make a black light video for Ash Wednesday mass. The idea came from a video they had found on the internet. Mrs. Segraves asked her period 3 PE Dance Class to help with this and they worked on this routine for three days during the regular class period and then videotaped it on the third day. Mrs. Segraves is really proud of how they worked together to make this happen!
The students are: Alyssa Alvarado, Stella Bae, Mae Bladyka, Brittany Boyd, Rosario Gallo, Monique Jefferson, Brianna Lopez, Leticia Ortiz, Jessica Reveles, and Mary Rose Rudzinski.
This type of play takes patience and a lot of leg work to remain in the vertical. Don't rush the shot, rather, work the defense and the goalie to exhaustion then look for and take a priority shot.
