Congratulations to Junior Matt Tarantino on being selected to USA Volleyball’s Youth National Team. The team is comprised of the top 12 16-17 year old players in the nation as selected by the USA Volleyball Coaching and Advisory staff. The team will represent the United States at the NORCECA Under-19 Continental Championship on April 6-11 in Guadalajara, Mexico and will try and qualify for the 2010 Summer Youth Olympic Games on August 14-26 in Singapore. The Boy’s Youth World Championship time and date have yet to be determined.
