With the arrival of iPads at Alemany, the original library underwent a substantial renovation. The newly christened Alemany Resource Center (ARC) is a new and exciting extension of educational technology. The ARC is open on school days from 7:00am - 5:00pm. Students are encouraged to visit and study while having access to a variety of resources. Teacher and student iPads are integrated wirelessly with the ARC's media wall to utilize state-of-the-art learning and teaching capabilities. The media wall is composed of four 60-inch displays that add up to 120 inches of diagonal viewing space. There is an extensive collection of research databases and ebooks in the ARC's Virtual Reference Library. Students can also print from their iPads to one of our two printers free of charge. The ARC is a testament to the unlimited possibilities that result from being an all iPad school.
