She won a Vans shoes contest from Teen Vogue Magazine. Out of 340,000 entries, her shoe design won first place. As a result, she will receive a cash prize, an Apple Macbook Pro, and her design will be used for a limited edition of Vans shoes.

Your Alemany Warriors B-Basketball Team traveled to St. Francis HS last night (1/24) and came out with a 61-60 road win! Jordan Qualls (12) had a big night, leading the way with 12 points-7 rebounds-and 6 blocks (a team high). But, it was Nick Arriagada who came through as time expired to hit the game winning shot to give Alemany the victory! GO WARRIORS!!
