Summer School 2024

Summer School registration is now open for the 2024 summer session:  

Counselors are currently in the process of speaking with students regarding their academic progress as well as scheduling and summer school requirements. Students are encouraged to register as soon as possible to secure their slots. 

Please note: Early registration pricing ends Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Completed Registration Form, Summer School Agreement and payment are to be handed in at the Tuition Office.  

 
Summer School 2024 will begin in-person on Tuesday, June 11th, and end on Tuesday, July 16th. Summer School will not be in session on Wednesday, June 19th, Thursday, July 4th or Friday, July 5th in observance of Juneteenth and Independence Day. Due to these additional days off, students can miss no more than 2 days of Summer School in order to earn credit for their courses. (Note: 3 tardies = 1 absence).
 
Tuesday, July 16th is a mandatory school day for Final Exams. Final Exams may only be taken this day. 
(Failure to take the final exam may impact the student's final grade).   
 
Summer School Course Schedule (Placement is based on course availability)
  • Course #1 (Session 1/2) is from 8:00am - 10:25am
  • Course #2 (Session 3/4) is from 10:55am - 1:20pm
 
Registration
  • Early Registration deadline ($350/semester course): Tuesday, April 30, 2024. 
  • Regular Registration deadline ($400/semester course):  Wednesday, June 5, 2024  - Summer School Staff & Counselors will be available in person for scheduling questions from 9:00am - 12:00 noon on June 5.
  • Late Registration ($450/semester course): begins Thursday, June 6, 2024. 
 
To complete registration, please turn in a completed 2024 Summer School Registration Form and 2024 Summer School Agreement along with the course fee to the Tuition Office. (Registration Forms posted below).
 
Please note: Students who have not completed the registration process for the 2024/2025 School Year are subject to the additional non-Alemany student fee.  Summer school registration fees are non-refundable.
