Description
Spanish I is an introduction to the Spanish language as well as to Spanish speaking countries. This course emphasizes basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. This course is designed for students who have very little or no background IN the target language. In this course the students will cover the basics of the Spanish language including: greetings, numbers, colors, adjectives, regular and irregular verbs, pronouns, and basic vocabulary.

Written test: answer the practice questions on for the last chapter of the mini librito.

Listening test:  We have been reviewing for the listening test. A story will be read and students need to answer questions based on the story.

Oral Test: Students will present one of the chapters for their mini-book

Multiple choice: Students will  have a study guide on chapters 4-6. (Remember some material from chapters 1-3 will be on the test)
