Congratulations to Emily Hofmann (11th)!
Emily was elected Speaker of the Junior Legislators Assembly, a program run by State Assemblymember Raul Bocanegra. She will have the responsibilities that come with this office: setting agendas, seating Junior Assemblymembers on various committees, steering legislation through the legislative process, and ultimately presenting the finished legislation at a State Assembly meeting.
