A $30.00 late fee is incurred for late payments and a $30.00 fee is assessed for all return payments.

A breakdown of this Annual Registration is as follows:
- Enrollment Fee of $550*
- Facility Fee of $300
- Technology Fee of $300
The Annual Registration fees are payable in full upon registration for all new students. For all returning students, Annual Registration fees are automatically debited from family FACTS accounts in three installments on March 20th, April 20th, and May 20th. Annual Fundraising Fee (formerly **"Parent Pledge")
All BAHS families are required to support our annual fundraising efforts by contributing $500. The Annual Fundraising Fee has not increased for this 25-26 school year. Similar to previous years, parents pay through FACTS and they may choose to make a single payment in full in August or in 5 installments between August to December.
The Annual Fundraising Fee contributes to schoolwide fundraisers and also provides essential supplementary funding for scholarships, educational technology, professional development for faculty/staff, innovative programming, and more. We depend on such fundraising contributions, as long with additional philanthropic gifts to the Bishop Alemany Annual Fund, to fully fund the school's budget each year. The Annual Fundraising Fee is non-refundable.
***BAPA Fee
At Bishop Alemany, we believe in partnering with parents. All Bishop Alemany High School parents are automatically members of the Parent Association (BAPA) and are encouraged to participate in the programs and activities for the benefit of the entire school community. By working together in the Parent Association, parents build rich and lasting friendships with other parents. All parents are invited to learn about and join task-focused Parent Association committees that convene at various times of the year, and through which they may contribute their time and talents. The Parent Association also holds regular general meetings throughout the school year, and all parents are invited and encouraged to attend. At the beginning of each school year, a single $20.00 fee will be accessed for each family to support the work of the Parent Association and will be automatically debited on September 20th from FACTS accounts.

Associated Student Body (ASB) Fee
All families are required to provide an annual fee of $50 to contribute towards activities facilitated by the Associated Student Body (ASB) for the student body. This includes supporting school dances and special events for students. The fee is charged per student and will be collected in one payment via FACTS on October 20th.
Additional Tuition and Fees Policies
All tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event the student does not attend Bishop Alemany or terminates attendance for any reason. All fees are due upon acceptance or renewal.
The Graduation Fee is for seniors only and is included the senior tuition listed above. This helps cover the costs associated with the Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement Exercises.
Summer School tuition and Athletic fees are not included in annual tuition and fees.
FACTS/Tuition Collection:
- All families are required to maintain a valid and active FACTS tuition account for the collection of tuition and fees.

Please note that all accounts are subject to a FACTS Tuition Management annual fee of $55.
