American Literature (Period 5)

American Literature is a comprehensive exploration of American authors from pre-Colonial to Contemporary periods.

Students will develop critical and analytical thinking skills as well as clear and cohesive writing skills. Additionally, students will challenge themselves through application of various literary devices and grammatical structure in required reading material and written work.
