Good Evening Alemany Families,


The Alemany Dance Team will be having in-person auditions this Tuesday, April 20 through Friday, April 23 in the dance room. For further details, please email Coach Giselly at gbonilla@alemany.org or visit the team’s official Instagram page @alemanydance.


If your student is interested in joining the Alemany Cheer Team, tryouts will be held from April 27 – 30. If you have any questions or your student would like to sign up, please email alemanycheer@gmail.com.


Just a reminder that the Alemany Parent Association Blood Drive will be held this Tuesday, April 20 from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. There are still a few slots open to donate! For more information visit the Parent Association webpage. We also need volunteers to assist the day of, so please email parents.association@alemany.orgif interested.


This year’s spring musical, Godspell (2012 Revival), is here! Please join us for an evening of music, laughter, and tears as we walk with Jesus through this musical parable about love, compassion, and forgiveness. It will be livestreamed straight to a living room near you! Performance dates are Thursday, April 29, Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1 at 7:30 p.m., followed by a closing performance on Sunday, May 2 at 4:00 p.m. All ticket sales will be handled through ShowTx4U at $18 per household. This week is your final opportunity to pick up Raffle Ticket Packets. They are available for pick up from the Tuition Office, Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. One representative per family will be allowed to pick up their packet of raffle tickets, as each family must sign for receipt of their own tickets. Each family will be provided four books of 10 tickets (40 tickets total), worth a value of $200. Thank you for your support with this mandatory fundraiser! Bishop Alemany High School is using the Visitu app for mandatory student health screening surveys whenever students arrive on campus during the school day. Bevaris Alliance is offering our students the opportunity to purchase healthy lunches and snacks while on campus. You should have received an email from Bevaris Alliance with your student’s ID number to assist you in setting up your Parent/Student account. The email was from noreply@myschoolaccountnotifications.com. When setting up your account and prompted for the school district code, please use code BA102. Attention Seniors! The Senior Class Picnic is scheduled for Friday, April 23 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and a boxed lunch will be provided. This is a no school day for seniors. Ticket sales are extended one day, so be sure your senior purchases their ticket by tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. on the alemany.org homepage news section. Prom is scheduled for Friday, May 14 at Bishop Alemany, with a tentative time of 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. More information will be available on alemany.org within the next few weeks. Baccalaureate Mass and Graduation are scheduled for Friday, May 21 at 9 a.m. The events will be held at Alemany's Father Milbauer Stadium. We look forward to celebrating our seniors with these upcoming events!


Congratulations to the 2020-2021 Honor Roll recipients. Through hard work, diligence, and dedication to their studies, they achieved honor roll status. A list of all recipients can be found on the alemany.org homepage news. Certificates can be picked up in the Main Office, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.


Campus offices are now open Monday through Friday to service your in-person needs. The Main Office is open from 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
