2026-27 Parking Permit Forms

Students who park on campus must have a valid 2026-27 BAHS parking permit.

 

Please complete the Student/Parent Parking Agreement, the Emergency Driver Release Form, and the Permission Slip Form. A photocopy of your valid California Driver License & Proof of Insurance (with student’s name listed under policy declarations) must be attached to the forms before returning to the Tuition Office along with $25 payment. (If you have a parking permit from last year - please return it to the Tuition Office at time of payment).
