Donor Recognition

The 1956 Society

Established to honor Bishop Alemany High School’s founding year, The 1956 Society recognizes donors who make an Annual Fund gift at the Leadership Circle level or higher. These d
onors are invited to attend a special appreciation event with the Senior Administration of the School to acknowledge their generosity.

The Joseph Sadoc Alemany Society

The Joseph Sadoc Alemany Society has been established to celebrate the loyalty of donors who make gifts to the Annual Fund for five or more consecutive years, and by doing so carry on the commitment to education of the society’s namesake. Bishop Alemany the man was dedicated to providing quality, affordable education for the youth within his California diocese, believing this was the best way to develop excellent leaders for the Church and community. Reflecting this devotion to quality education, many of the earliest donations of land by the Church under Alemany were made with the stipulation that the land be used for the establishment of schools.

We celebrate the following qualifying levels based on the number of consecutive years giving:

Lifetime: 10 or more years

Cornerstone: 6-9 years

Milestone: 3-5 years

The Joseph Sadoc Alemany Society acknowledges that every gift, regardless of size, truly makes an impact at Bishop Alemany High School.
