Prom Contract

Each Bishop Alemany Student must have their own completed Prom Contract. Non-Alemany dates are to fill out the back of the Alemany student's contract. Please make sure to read through the contract carefully. Non-Alemany dates must attach a copy of their Driver's License or high school ID, and a business card with their school's administrator's approval. All contracts must be approved by the Dean in the Main Office (after school) before purchasing a Prom Ticket. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Urbach [email protected].
