PURCHASING PROM TICKETS:

 

TUITION AND FEES    

Student must be in good standing to attend prom. All outstanding tuition and fees must be paid in order to purchase a Prom bid, attend Senior Sunset, receive a cap and gown, participate in Graduation, and receive a diploma. Also, miscellaneous fees i.e.: Athletic Dept., Student Service Hours, Parent Service Program, 0-Period and 7th-Period class fees, raffle tickets, and detention. (Students on Strict Probation cannot attend prom).

 
Prom Ticket Sales: Monday, April 15 through Tuesday, April 30.
Prom Bid (ticket) cost: $215/person.
(Contracts & dresses must be approved prior to purchasing a prom bid. -
Refer to Prom Contract and Senior Class Letter).
 
STEP #1 - Prom Contract Approval - Mrs. Urbach's Office
Must not be on "No Sell List"
•Completed Prom Contract(s)
•Printed photo of dress for all girls (wearing dress front/back view) - must meet dress code requirements
          (Note: some styles of dresses & dresses that require alterations -
          may be required to be brought in person for approval).
•Printed (clear) picture ID for all non-Alemany guests

 
 STEP #2 - Purchase Tickets - Tuition Office
Stamped (approved) contract packet from Mrs. Urbach
•School ID
•$215/per person
 
 PROM CHECK-IN & PARKING
Students should arrive for check-in between 4:30 & 5:00pm. (Students must be present no later than 5:00pm). All prom attendees must be in dress code and student/family parking is only permitted in the outer San Fernando Student Lot.  Parking in the L-Wing is for staff and busses only so that they are able to line up for boarding and exit the lot safely. Students are to line up in the L-Wing corridor. Parents and other guests will have an opportunity to take pictures and should gather on the L-Wing grass. 

 

NOTE:

The following items are prohibited by the prom venue (Items may be confiscated by security –

referred to Deans):

Alcohol/Flasks

All Tobacco Products

Any Illegal Substance

Canes & Zoot Chains

Glow in the Dark Items

Lighters/Matches

Sharp Objects

Water Bottles

Wallet Chains

Weapons 

Gum/Open Mint Containers

Containers w/ a screw-on cap or lid including perfume/cologne bottles.

Any item/s that can be used as a weapon (certain key chains, phone chargers, wires, earphones, etc.).
